We accept all dental plans and we are a Preferred Provider for insurances such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Delta, Dental Select, Dentemax, DMBA, Guardian, Humana, MetLife, PEHP, Principal Life, TDA, United Concordia. We will submit your dental claim electronically from our office. We request any portion not covered by your dental plan to be paid the same day as your appointment.
